+ How do I connect my broker account?

You’ll be guided step-by-step inside TradeLab. We currently support Alpaca, and soon you’ll be able to connect any broker with an open API. If you have any questions, feel free to ask in the Discord.

+ Do I need to know how to code?

Nope. TradeLab was built for non-coders. You can build bots, test strategies, and launch live trades using plain English prompts.

+ How fast can I launch my first bot?

Most users launch their first working bot in under 10 minutes using our “First Bot Challenge” onboarding process.

+ Do you sell pre-made bots?

No we do not sell pre-made bots. Our platform is meant to give you the tools necessary to ideate, build, test, and launch YOUR OWN custom trading bots without any previous knowledge of trading or coding. This platform allows you to go from zero to hero. In the future, we will launch a TradeLab trading bot marketplace where you will have the ability to subscribe to other people's bots, but this is not an investment recommendation - always conduct your own due diligence.

Can I use TradeLab on mobile?

Yes! TradeLab is fully responsive and works on desktop, tablet, and mobile. However, we think it looks best on desktop / laptop.

+ What do I need to get started?

An idea for a strategy (or curiosity to test one) and an internet connection. We can help you with the rest! 

+ What brokers do you support / what types of bots can I build?

We currently only integrate with Alpaca, but will be integrating with more brokers soon.

You can automate bots that trade any asset from our supported brokers. Currently that includes: stock, crypto, ETF, and options bots. Bots must use technical analysis and chart-based strategy. Some common examples include technical indicators, static price, support, resistance levels, and time-based entry/exit controls. They cannot, however, use news, sentiment, or AI predictions for strategy formulation. 

+ Can I run multiple bots at once?

Yes! You can run multiple bots on multiple assets across different accounts and brokers — all monitored from one dashboard.

+ How do I track performance?

You’ll get advanced analytics like win rate, profit factor, drawdown, entry/exit charts, trade logs, and more — all visualized cleanly in the performance tab.

+ How does backtesting work?

Once you generate your strategy and are in the trading bot tab, just click on the backtesting tab, enter the ticker and conditions you want to test and hit “Run Backtest.” We simulate performance using historical data in a few minutes — no code required.

+ Can I paper trade before going live?

Absolutely. Every strategy can be paper traded with real-time market data to help you dial in before risking a single dollar.

+ How much does TradeLab cost?

Currently $500/year — but prices will increase soon. Lock in this rate before it changes.

+ Is there a free trial?

We do not offer free trial access due to the amount of credit failures. However, you can preview the platform by scrolling up a little bit and clicking on the video demo.

+ Can I cancel anytime?

When you sign up there is a year commitment. However, you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges inside of the TradeLab portal.

+ Are there any hidden fees?

None. Your subscription covers unlimited bots, features, analytics, and support. However, we will likely raise prices in the future and/or remove features at the current price point. If/when that does happen, there will be prior communication and opportunities to opt out or downgrade.

+ Are my strategies private?

Yes. Your strategies are encrypted and never shared without your permission.

+ How is my API key secured?

All API keys are encrypted using 256-bit encryption and stored with best-in-class security protocols.

+ What’s your uptime guarantee?

We don't make guarantees at this stage, however, historically we maintain 99.9% uptime with industry-grade monitoring and autoscaling to ensure stability and speed. As we continue to mature as a business we will be able to make guarantees around this. 

+ Can Archaide (or anyone else) see or use my trades?

No. Your data is private. You control your account, strategies, and trades entirely.

+ Do you support two-factor authentication?

At this stage, no. However, in the future, your TradeLab account will support 2FA for added security on login.

+ Do you guarantee I’ll make money?

No. Trading involves risk. We don’t promise profits — our platform helps you automate, test, and improve your strategies.

+ Is this financial advice?

No. Archaide provides tools, not financial guidance. You are responsible for all trading decisions.

+ What’s your refund policy?

Due to the nature of the platform, we do not offer refunds.

+ Can I use this for client accounts?

Yes, but you must get approved through a partnership or licensing agreement with Archaide.

+ What happens if the platform goes down?

We have multiple redundancies and backups in place. In rare cases, bot execution may pause and resume once stable.
