Archaide LLC is not a licensed financial advisor. - **No Recommendations:** Default indicators are examples, not recommendations. - **No Guarantees:** The Platform does not guarantee any trading performance or outcomes. ### 1.3 Customization and Community Users may request additional indicators or custom integrations for an extra fee if the feature does not broadly benefit the entire customer base. A future marketplace will allow users to list, share, or sell their strategies and bots if they choose. ### 1.4 Account Registration To use the Platform, users must: - Be at least 18 years old. - Provide accurate account information. - Keep login credentials secure. - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. ### 1.5 Intellectual Property - **User IP:** All trading strategies, configurations, and proprietary data uploaded or created by users remain their intellectual property by default. Users will have the option to list strategies for sale or sharing in the forthcoming marketplace. - **Platform IP:** The software, code, and infrastructure of TradeLab remain the exclusive property of Archaide LLC. A limited, revocable, non-transferable license is granted for usage. ### 1.6 Exclusivity and Use Rights Bots created by users are for their exclusive use. Archaide LLC will not resell, reuse, or redistribute these bots without explicit written permission. ### 1.7 Fees and Payments - Subscriptions, custom integrations, and other services may incur fees. Pricing is available on our website and may change. - All payments are non-refundable. - Access to the Platform may be suspended for non-payment. ### 1.8 Confidentiality & Data Security We will not share your strategies, bot configurations, or proprietary information without consent. All data is encrypted and stored securely, adhering to PCI compliance standards. ### 1.9 Limitations of Liability Archaide LLC is not liable for: - Financial losses, trading risks, or missed opportunities. - Outcomes influenced by user error, misconfiguration, or market volatility. - Any reliance on provided indicators or example setups. ### 1.10 Refunds & Cancellations - **Refunds:** All purchases and subscriptions are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. - **Cancellations:** Cancel subscriptions by contacting support. You will retain access to the Platform until the end of the current paid billing cycle. ### 1.11 Legal & Dispute Resolution - **Jurisdiction:** All disputes shall be resolved in a court most convenient to Archaide LLC. California law governs these Terms. - **Legal Fees:** If a user loses a legal dispute, they agree to cover Archaide LLC’s legal and attorney’s fees. ### 1.12 Amendments These Terms may be updated at any time. Users are responsible for monitoring account activity and securing credentials. ### 2.8 Marketplace and Community Tools (Future Feature) When launched, any shared or listed bots are the responsibility of the creator. Your SMS opt-out choice does not affect your ability to receive non-SMS communications (e.g., email) that you have separately consented to.
